Herman Jones’ wicked modern slapper “I Love You” stayed in the can and on a shelf in his Minneapolis home prior to our unearthing on 2013’s Purple Snow: Forecasting The Minneapolis Sound box set. We’ve paired this ever-hummable ditty with the non-comped B-side “I’m Broke,” both recorded at The Studio in June of 1979.
